This 1926 Ford Model T Doctor's Coupe was sold new at Huso & Anonson Ford in Iowa, where it remained through its first and second owners until being auctioned and relocated to Michigan in 1995, at which point it made it's way down to South Florida, and was subsequently acquired by by us in July 2020. The car is finished in green over gray cloth, and power is supplied by a 177ci inline-four mated to a two-speed planetary-gear transmission. Features include running boards, bumperettes, 21″ wood-spoked wheels, a hinged vent windshield, and a full bench seat. Service in preparation for the sale included cleaning the carburetor bowl and draining the fuel. The body was refinished at some point in the vehicles life, and although it wasn't a show quality paint job, it is definitely a looker. When we purchased it, we were told the black running boards were a later addition. Paint blemishes, scratches, and imperfections are depicted in the photo gallery. Wood-spoked 21″ wheels with steel rims are shod in Firestone tires. A matching spare is attached to the trunk lid. Undercarriage has some surface rust (literally surface rust, there is ZERO rot on this car!). Trimmed in gray cloth with matching door panels, the entire interior was redone during prior ownership and is in fantastic shape. This Model T, is ready for the show circuit, parades, giving rides to the kids/grandkids around the neighborhood, or to be just pulled out on the driveway to admire it. Every effort has been made to properly represent the condition of the car. That said, inspections are not only welcome, but encouraged. Vehicle is located in our air conditioned storage warehouse.
